For the Good of Illinois PAC Poll: 94% of Voters Believe State andLocal Government Mismanagement, Waste and Corruption Involving Their Tax Dollars is a Problem
Hinsdale, IL – Today, For the Good of Illinois PAC released its findings in regards to a poll of 500 likely Illinois voters that found out that 94% of voters believe that state and local government mismanagement, waste, and corruption involving tax dollars is a problem and 78% of voters think it is a big problem.
“Users and abusers of tax dollars have been milking us taxpayers like a dairy cow for too long here in Illinois,” said Adam Andrzejewski, For the Good of Illinois PAC Chairman.

Poll was done by McLaughlin & Associates. This Illinois statewide survey was conducted among 500 likely general election voters on September 4-5, 2012. All interviews were conducted by professional interviewers via telephone. Interview selection was at random within predetermined election units. These units were structured to statistically correlate with actual voter distributions in a general election for Governor. The accuracy of the sample of 500 likely general election voters is within +/- 4.5% at a 95% confidence interval. Question asked was, In Illinois, how big of a problem is state and local government mismanagement,waste and corruption involving your tax dollars? Overall 94% said it was a problem with 78% saying it was a big problem and 17% saying it was a not so big problem.
